So before I purchase a tuner I did some research an found that one of my options the "HPP3" the down load time for the tuning was like an hr. The track is only open for 5 hrs surfing the winter where I am, that's like 2 passes!

So what I'm trying to find out is if other tuners like grenatelli's big G or the diabloes have instant or lower tuning times for more track time. These are also a few tuners I have in mind, user experience and tips are appriciated as this will be my first tuner I will purchase.

With the efilive autocal, depending on the year, most are around 30 seconds for a cal only flash.. What year vehicle do you have?

99 ls1... I never heard of efilive autocal, but 30 seconds is better then an hr.

And for their customers to collect and submit logged data back to the tuner for analysis. It allows the tuner to update and optimize the original tune without shipping and/or removing controllers from customers’ vehicles.


Any shop that uses EFILive can get them. They are a nice option to allow them to remote tune your car and send scan logs and tunes via email.
