P0121 tps code questions
Ok I have a ls swapped mustang here couple details
346
11.5:1 cr
M6
Fast 102/nw 102
Pat g tuned
All new sensors on intake even tps and tb is new as well
Well cars been running great except for a intermittent hanging idle at 1500 rpm until I get down to 20 mph then it drops to 900
And this code keeps comin up for the tps sensor
Any thing I could look at or do to fix it is greatly appreciated

I am having the same issue with mine. I wish someone would answer this. My tuner said is not in the tune. I say it is. This code will set if your MAF reading at a certain rpm VS throttle angle is not within the set parameters it will set this code for TPS performance. I tested my TPS while it was hanging at 1500 rpm and it was at .68 volts. Thats well within specs. If I unplug the TPS it will idle right down. I also performed a sweep test and tested fine with no glichtes. It is a new TPS and throttle body. It has a card type LS2 MAF 98mm big, with PP 101mm tb and a PP 96 mm Intake. I would love to have an answer.

The TPS vs RPM test (lower) needs to be modified - For this diagnostic test the PCM will monitor the actual TPS position and engine RPM then referring to this table will expect the TPS to be above/equal to these values for a given RPM. For cammed cars that idle above stock RPMs the lower thresholds may need to be lowered to stop a TPS fault code being set.
