so confussed! someone help!

i had my hooker headers and off road pipe installed on my car and it runs like crap. I've been told i need a tune but i have no idea what to tune, how to do it, what to buy, ect. IM SO CONFUSSED! Can anyone help me and tell me EXACTLY what i have to do to get the most out of my car?

A few weeks after my header install my car ran like crap and gave miss fire codes. Problem was traced back to a bad plug wire.

We need more info like WS6 stated.

Any SES light, is it flashing?
Any codes?
Installed the O2 sensors and plugged them back in correctly?
Any leaks around the header flange that would be causing your O2's to go screwy?
Checked all of the plugs and plug wires?
