Default high idle from time to time

For some reason my idle goes high some times. Up to about 1500 to 1700 and some times when its doing this it wants to wind gears out to maybe 3000 before it shifts at small throttle openings. If I shut the car off and let it sit for a min. and start it back up its back to normal. [for a short time] I have cleaned the throttle body, mass air, iac, checked connection on mass air, checked for loose grounds. The car has a 04 gto 4l60, eps 226/230 598/600 113+2 cam tunned last summer, this just started in the last few weeks. I also sprayed carp cleaner around the intake looking for vacume leaks.
Any Idea's

Thought i would post what I figuered out. When I posted this I had not thought to check for codes because I didnt have a SES light on. When I did check for codes I found out that it said something about the left 02 sensor. I unpluged and reconected the 02 wires and the pcm connectors and all is back to normal.

Oh I think the STFT is from the pcm going into lean cruise.
