Problem with doing long tubes is the o2 sensors if you need to have your pcm tuned for the long tubes. Reason being, the o2's with cast manifolds are close to the cylinder heads where exhaust gasses are the hottest so the o2's war up faster. With the LT the o2 senosrs are further away from the hotter gasses and the pcm sees this as the sensors heaters to not working. Dont know if this is the exact problem for you but its just what i know about your situation. IS there any codes?

i'm having the same problem with my LS1 swap. run like crap with the O2 sensors plugged in, runs much better with out them plugged in. i'm also running LT's & i put brand new AC Delco O2 sensors in it. hopefully i'll get my hands on a scan tool & can see exactly what's going on.

They need to be tuned. The reason they run ok with them unplugged is the computer has no fuel feedback so it constantly runs in open loop. Get them tuned. It will fix it.

found the problem. 2 of the wires on the stand alone harness were crossed going to the drivers side O2 sensor.
