Dies when coming to a stop p0101 I have a 1500hd and swapped out for a 408(224/224/112,96mmtb,headers,fastintake,exhaust, valve job on stockheads, efilive) When i turn the key it surges to like 3000-3500 then dies. I have to bring it to idle by feathering the gas then it will idle fine on its own. it drives well as long as im giving it gas but will die at stops unless i bring it to idle with the gas. If i disconect the battery this problem goes away for a couple minutes then its back the codes i get are p0101 and knocksensor which ive had before the swap. My tuner cant figure it out so im gonna change the maf and possibly the tuner lol . Im not a pro like most of you guys on here so srry if i sound like a chooch but if anyof you guys got any ideas as to wtf is the problem i appreciate it. Thanks
P0101? Maybe the MAF is bad? 
Trouble codes are there for a reason, make sure you're communicating with your tuner to make sure he hasn't disabled the MAF in the tune without disabling the SES light.
