New to ls1!!

Ive had tons of old chevys but first ls1 an im lost on the computer part what parts r the biggest helpers an does a programmer help anything?

Welcome! Just bought my 1st LS1 a couple months ago as well. My previous engine experiences were all with 3rd gen 305ci TBI cars. What kind of car did you get?
