Question PCM tuning

Hello,

I'm about to install headers on my 04 z06, and I'd like to tune the PCM myself with either HPTuners software or LS1edit.

Is dyno tuning recommended over real world driving conditions? What's the procedure for doing this?

Sorry for the newb questions

Default

Both in my experience. Dyno with wideband O2 data for WOT fueling, and street with a variety of driving conditions for the main VE table.
