Default Engine grounds

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right section, are there 2 ground wires going to the left rear cly head And 1 single ground going to the right rear cly head, 98 Z28...??

Well, my 99 Z28 has 2 on the driver side head and 1 on the passenger side head.

I just put my engine back in my car and I have spark but no injector pluse, I have 2 grounds on driver rear head but no grounds on passenger side,Thanks.

Injectors aren't hooked directly to engine/chassis ground, unlike ignition coils.
Check if all of them have constant +12V with ignition ON (pink wires), if they don't then find the problem (blown fuse, pinched wire).
If +12V is ok, check all PCM grounds (PCM grounds the other wire to activate the injector). The PCM has 4 pins to ground (to 2 ground splices).

You may also have a bad injector driver and need a new PCM
