Default warren (ls1) to E40 PCM/ECM (ls2)

hi , how are you guys ? .

I would like to swap my ls1 engine + the engine harness to ls2 + T-56 transmission with E40 ECM.

can I simply swap my warren pcm+the engine harness to E40 ECM from 05-06 GTO ? do i need any other parts?.

the car is 2004 GTO with A4.

I have hptuner and I knew someone who has Tech2.

The harness from the LS1 style 411 PCM will not plug into the E40, if that is what you are asking.
You do not need the E40 to run the LS2...it can be run with the 411.

It can be done, but it's a pain in the ***. I've done it... Why don't you want to run the lingenfelter box?

because I don't want to tap the older style knock sensor on the side of the block because its tuned to be in the middle of the block .after finding out that the electronic throttel pedal is connected to the body wire harness I have changed my mind I wont do the swap it is not worth it.
