drop top glassman

I have a 7198 r17 i keep getting vehicle not recognized i have read the stock tune and tuned it so i know it can work. i have looked in the forums and nothing. all i see is something with the car. any pointers in the right direction would be great. i can hook it up with the car running and look at all the data so it communicates fine. any one else???? what worked for you to fix it ???
