P0135 = O2 sensor circuit malfunction (B1S1)
P0154 = O2 Sensor circuit No Activity detected (B2S1)
P0650 = MIL Control circuit Malfunction
i guess from the first 2 u have to check ur wirings that connect to the O2 sensors or u might have a defected O2 sensors.
the 2nd one u have to check the light then the pin on the ECU thats responsible for sending the signal to the light.
