My Car hates A/C!! But I love it when it's 95*! My tuner has adjusted my tune around for a few years for when I have to use A/C and still this damn thing is freakin crazy! I can go up to 3 stop lights and it will idle perfect and then for no reason I go to a light and it will die dead as a wedge! I mean like you turned off the freakin key! WTF!
Any thoughts? My tuner has tried everything but since sometimes it's perfect and sometimes it sucks kinda hard to fix!

Increasing the values in the AC Torque Loss table will help. Start with 25% and see if that works. Each car is different, but start there. Also look at the Fan 1 and Fan 2 airflow as well since both are on with the AC on Max.
