Injectors fixed the rich issue. Then the computer would pull any added timing. Car could only make 340rwhp, what could cause this? Idk the total timing as i was not there. Car shut off too on my friend who got it for me. Am i looking for a new tuner?! I plan to log the car this weekend to see what ia going on.

 

Car pulled timing on the dyno. Couldn't put any timing in it at all. Made 340 rwhp. On the way home the car shut off, then the idle was all over the place. P0106 popped up, and it idles at like 18.0 afr on my wideband now. New tuner time?

Yeah, the -$500 is what hurts the most. I'm going to try and set up an appointment with Next level performance here in altomont springs. Just let them have it and call me when it's ready. I was just curious if a tuner is expected to mess with the knock sensors from getting false readings. Car has 1 and 5/8 headers, 3.5" y, and a 4" all the way back. That def vibrates.

Cam: 232/239 at .50 .617/624 113 lsa. Lopes pretty hard when it was idling right on the dyno, no obviously at 18.0 it idles like ****.

 

As we all know tuners are the first to be blamed. It could very well be an issue with the car too.

It's really hard to say what the problem is on the internet.

 

I'm not blaming him, he isn't a mechanic. That is why I am taking it to a shop that has an in house dyno. I was simpily fishing for a similar experience with other cammed ls cars, tis all.

On anther night, p0106 seems to cause tons of idle and surge problems with other vehicles. Some with vac leaks, other with bad maps. Idk how the car would leave the dyno running like stock minus the lack in power and then run like ***.
