PO300 Engine Code Issues?

PO300 Engine Code Issues? Did a LQ9 6.0 swap into my 79 Chevy C10
I am using a Painless 60221 Harness, all of the sensors are new, I have MSD coils, FAST intake, fuel rails, holley injectors
The truck is basically brand new being a total frame off (50 miles maybe). The motor was a long block with about 100,000 miles on it.
PO300 just came up and the check engine light is flashing.
There are no cats on the truck.
Thoughts?
