Default Retune for E10?

If my car has already been tuned with the stock stoich ratio of 14.68:1 is there any need to retune it if I change it to the E10 stoich ratio of 14.13:1? If so, what steps should I take? I know PE will stay the same since it is an equivalent ratio. Thanks for any help.

Yeah it was tuned on e10 pump gas. Just started looking into e10 and found in my research that the e10 stoich is different than pure gas. Pretty much all we have here is e10 at the pump as well.

So if it was tuned with e10 and a stock ratio of 14.68:1, do I need to change my stoich value and retune my VE and MAF?
