2000 trans am gauge and computer problems

2000 trans am gauge and computer problems I have 2000 trans am that I converted over to a manual. And now my tack and temp gauges will not work and when I hook a computer up to see what's wrong with it it wont even read the codes. Anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem?
