Default HPT help!!

It can not validate my PCM? If there is no fuse it can not locate the PCM (checked fuse first, my cigarette lighter works) I have tried with 2 different HP tuner cables.... Any one else ever experience this? I'm considering making a 2nd obd2 port like jumper harness unless some one a better solution?

Have you contacted Support... Also long shot but have you disabled the drivers on your computer?????? when you turn your laptop on press and hold f8 then it will beep a few times then select disable drivers... try that

What drivers? No I haven't tried that, support just wanted a screen shot...
The car is a 1999 firebird formula. I don't know if that makes a difference?

No, I haven't made another attempt @ it. I was hoping to this weekend. Depending on work. It's not my laptop or I'd be sending then countless screen shots.
