Default P0107, p0332

I am getting both the MAP sensor and knock sensor codes after putting the heads back on my car. Hooked up a scanner to verify what the MAP is doing and it is staying constant whether its plugged in or not, so it must be tuned out, I'm sure it goes hand in hand but my AFR at idle is really lean, I cleaned the MAF, rechecked all my grounds, found no vaccum leaks, running out of ideas. Anything would be helpful ,Thanks.

You need the map sensor to run. So you need to fix that.

After my FAST 92 swap I now have, and have had for 3 weeks, a P0107. Car runs and drives fine though.... Am I damaging anything?
