Question Governor?????
On My 01 Z28 I Just Got A New Ls1 And This New Motor Cuts Out Around 120 Mph And I Was Wondering About How To Go About Getting Rid Of The Governor? Anyone Have This Problem Or Know How I Can Fix It? Thank You

It has to be tuned out via HPP3, Predator, LS1-Edit software, HPTuner software. You can also send your computer out to be tuned as well if you don't want to buy a computer.

yeah any of those will work but you probably have tires rated for that speed. 16" rims probably, just something to watch out for. the ss and ws6 have the z rated tires for 160.

I wouldnt take it over the limiter unless you get higher rated tires. your tires rated for 118 mph

My car had 16" GS-C's and it has no limiter. The cars that came with Goodyear RS-A's had the limiter. Any edit program will fix this minor set back.
