ignition problem

ignition problem just bought a used 02 camaro with stock ls1. car starts sometimes but most of the time it dont turn over. the security light has been on since i got it. pulled starter and had it checked and its fine. replace ignition? replace key and ignition? anyone with any help it would be appreciated.
Try this to jumper out the anti theft
go up behind the Glove Box on the right side, there is a Relay with a big Yellow Wire going in, Purple Wire coming out. I had to connect them two to make it work on my car..that is the Anti-Theft Relay that is also part of the Neutral Safety circuit.
