What's up you guys I need some assistance. I just recently started my car after a good year or so. I've been on and off with it for little bit, but for the most part it started up on the first try. I checked the oil on the second start up and gave it about a quart more. On the third try It started up just as good as the first and second tries. I had the rpm gauge jumping around, but that`s probably cause I need a re-tune.On the 4 try It didn't started. All I heard a click coming from the driver side engine bay. Today I scanned it using a obd2 sensor from orielys and it gave me these codes (C0240)PCM Traction Control Not Allowed (ETS) and a (C0237) throttle position signal malfunction. Could this be the reason why my car isn't starting? Your input is needed thanks.

Cleared the codes car still doesn't start. Wth. What's happening with it?
