Default P0336 help

A buddy's ta thru a 0336 the other day it ran but shitty now it won't turn on. He changed the crank position sensor no change. It cranks but no start. We need this fixed ASAP. Other threads didn't help cuz they were about rebuilt engines and the reluctor.

If there is no change from swapping the sensor, then that points to either the wiring, the reluctor, or crank thrust endplay.

But make sure the replacement sensor is ok first (new ones have been known to be bad out of the box).

He has to troubleshoot:
- is spark arriving at plugs...?
- is fuel arriving at injectors (and is injector firing)...?
- why doesn't scanner read (is cigar lighter fuse ok)...?
- is crank sensor wiring broken...?
- is cam sensor wiring broken...?
- are all fuses ok...?
- starter/ignition relays...?

Figured it out. A pin in the PCM was bent it was the number for the injectors.
