Default Just got a used Hp Tuner Pro what to do?

Gents, just bought a used hp tuner pro serial starting with #19XXXX and was wondering what I need to do so that I can use it. I've read that I need to have some information of the previous owner but I really don't know what. Also what kind of memory and operating system does my computer need to have so it can be compatible with the program. Any help is greatly appreciated..

Thanks,

Andy

Need to email support@hptuners.com, and give them the serial number. Don't know if they'll give you the app key or not. They may tell you to get it from the previous owner.
