Default do i need a tune from ls1 to a 6.0

I have a 1998 trans am with a ms3 cam, a set of ported 853's, and long tubes. It also has a harris speed works 150 shot. It is currently tuned for the 150 shot. My question is, im going to do a lq4 swap and put all my stuff over to it..am i goin to need a new tune or will my current tune work..

It will probably run, but it would be good to update the cylinder volume in the tune to match the new displacement or it will be lean or throw off fuel trims if still running closed loop. Changing an engine out is a lot of work, updating the tune is pretty easy in comparison.
