Flashed VCM w/o key in the ignition Anyone know why you would be able to flash a vcm with hpt without a key in the ignition.
happened today on a 2010 camaro. i accidentally hit begin before i noticed i hadnt put it in and it started writing. when i realized what was happening i thought "OH CRAP" but it wrote and fired up.
anyone know why this would happen and are there any potential underlying effects
