changing os with hpt

okay i have hpt and i have a 2 bar sd tune at the moment but my os only allows that and bill from hpt told me i need to switch to 12202088 for 3 bar sd my current os is 12208322 how do i go about changing it im really confused

Go back the stock tune, then you apply the 3 bar tune. Can't go from 2 bar to 3bar.

i already have my stock tune saved in my laptop so i need to flash it into my ecm and pull it back out?

Yep flash back stock operating system (any file you have with the stock os) then apply to new OS

3 bar isn't available for the operating system he's using.

He would need to go BACK to the earlier operating system that was available for his vehicle if he wants access to a 3 bar custom operating system.

okay so do i need to buy more credits to pull an os from somewhere else i just know i was told to change to a diffrent os but where or how do i change it
