Default Gmpp ecm
I heard somewhere that the GMPP module is locked/unprogrammable? I hope not...

I have tuned 2 GMPP ECMs from crate 376 480hp engines. Neither of these ECMs were locked. Neither of these engines ran very well until MAF table was adjusted.

I have tuned them with EFI Live, no problems. They didnt run that good on the gm tune.

just spoke with local gm dealer on this very thing and it said on his parts computer that it needs a tune.

The ones I have tuned all had some of tune in them. Definitely not stock tunes in the ones I have seen.

I want to turbocharge it. As long as I dont mash the pedal that will improve gas mileage right?
