obd2 power source??

Default obd2 power source??
ok. did a motor swap. got it all back together. and now i dont have power to the obd2 port so i cant tune it

can you guys help me with what wire is the power wire or tuning wire. i took engine harness out when we did the swap. un did the two clips in the passenger foot area. and put them back in when we got done. but no power

any help. thanks

Pin 16 bottom right is power and usually gets it from the same fuse as the cig lighter or power port
