Default high duty cycle

getting real high duty cycle %'s have a 2002 camaro with a 5.3L turbo. 3 bar map 80# injectors, -8 fuel system with -6 return, boost refrance regulator and two 320lph pumps in the tank. fuel pressure gauge reads that the fuel system is doing its job psi rises with boost. from 12psi-16psi duty cycle is getting into the 120's% to 150's% thinking its either the alternator or the injectors. what do you guys think?

base fuel pressure is 58. running E-85. need to get 2000's but i found it wierd before i did the fuel system, and the reason i did the fuel system, i made 707rwhp at 16psi with a duty cycle of 118% then we backed the timing down to be safe and had the duty cycle down to 105. then, from a stock fuel system, did rails -8 lines a boost ref rugulator with -6 return and duel 320lph pumps. and now without all that timming in getting duty cycles in the 150's%. i did upgrade to a 3 bar map though.

No way the injs ever ran at a DC above 100%. @118%, they were already maxed, and I'd think you were lucky it didn't toast something.
Post the tune file and the log[s]....
