LC-1 not doing anything at all

LC-1 not doing anything at all
I hooked it up per instructions. I put all the grounds on a common point and tested my key-on wire prior and post installation.
I soldered the yellow wire to the purple wire of the factory o2 plug.
1st off, the LED is defective. So i went trough the calibration procedures by measuring seconds. Afterwards, i can feel the sensor warming up like it's supposed to, but it reads 447mv with almost no changes. I havent hooked it up to the black box yet, so i don't know it the whole thing is a piece of **** or if I'm doing something incorrectly.

I didn't solder any wires to factory anything. Are you using it to simulate narrow band for ECM?
Also you mentioned all the grounds. You didn't permanently ground the black calibration wire did you? Only the blue and white should be grounded. If using it to simulate the factory narrow band, they should be grounded in the same place as the factory narrow band harness.

No i didnt wire the calibration wire directly to ground.

The fact the LED (light emitting diode) isn't working is curious. They are extremely reliable. Because it is a diode it mostly "blocks" current in one direction and acts like a short in the other. Are you absolutely positive you have it hooked up in the right polarity? If it's backwards your LC-1 won't work.
