Default primary ve tuning

starting to tune my 00 camaro with a ls 383 big cam etc.. turned my maf frequency to 0. and used histogram 3 and reset ltft. first starting out with my ve table in my tune all the numbers are pretty high anywhere from 50-90. multiplied by 50 percent n got them down to around 50-60s for the most part then scanned it and around 2000-2400 rpms and 30-50 kpa in my histogram i keep getting big negative numbers like -12 etc. so i add all those values to my chart and still no difference. my chart is starting to get down really low numbers in the teens n 20s. and still wants to go lower then that.. no matter what i do keep getting large negative numbers in my histogram.. am i doing something wrong? normally what should these values be?
