code 137 / 157

code 137 / 157 I took my 2000 Trans Am ls1 auto stock for a drive last night, tried driving it hard and these codes came up 137 / 157.
Im understanding that these are both side rear o2 sensors and should not affect the drivability of the car but the car hesitates engine revs but transmission shifts up down like it doesnt know how to react under WOT.
The cats in this car were changed mid 2011 as well.
Do I just change the sensors go from there?
