Timing on a blower car?

Timing on a blower car? I was just wondering where I should start the timing at on the tune for my car. Mods listed below. Do y'all tune on the dyno or on the streets? Just asking...and what a/f ratio should I tune for on the dyno to still be 'safe' on the streets? Thanks in advance!

use a wideband to tune on the streets, driveability mostly. DEFINITELY don't go boosting and logging a stock o2 sensor,or kaboom.
wideband (portable) for street, get it dialed in and lay low on the boost, but do PART throttle the boost to ensure open loop kicks in any time boost is present.
Then take to dyno. You can do it opposite, but no matter what a boosted car has to be portable-wideband tuned, unless you plan to live a 1/4mile at a time..
Closed loop+Part throttle+boost = icky.
