What connector is this?

It sits right by the No. 5 injector driver side ( So front injector is No. 1, then 3, then 5, then 7) also by the coil pack connector and close to both of the fuel line connections. It has two wires that go into it, one orange, and one orange/black. I was thinking it was for EGR but since my car is 01' SS it should not have had EGR but maybe GM left it in the harness?

Its probably the Air Pump Solenoid harness, if the AIR system has been deleted, thats your connector

Yes it is the air solenoid connector
