Minimal sensor inputs needed

Minimal sensor inputs needed So Im doing a 4.8 Turbo in a fox- I have the 0411 PCM and will use HPT. Its just a weekend toy to me and Im going to lean on it pretty hard.
With that being said I want to "delete" or run in open loop or SD tune or whatever the correct phrase is.
Delete:
MAF
knock sensors
O2 sensors
I will try to simulate narrow band output with my Innovate WB and Ill use the MAP sensor of course.
Not really looking for pros/cons of driveabilty, how stupid it is to delete knock sensors etc.
Is it simply an option to delete those inputs in the tune ?
if it turns out to be to much of a PITA ill just sell the Harness and PCM and do the MicroSquirt than Denmah on here has been working on.
