PCM swap specific questions

PCM swap specific questions I'm in the process of doing to swap over now. I have labeled them all with the 98 identification. Now the verbage doesn't exactly match and isn't enough detail on a few wires.
-which data ports go to which pin?
-on the 98 year, there are two 5v reference wires BLUE 65/67, what do they go to?
-02 5v fuel tank pressure sensor BLUE 46
-02 Generator turn ON signal RED 15
-02 12v reference RED 39
-there are two VSS wires on the 98 and 3 on the 02, what happens there?

I got rid off all the unnecessary wires and I have 3 that don't have a place to go. I have a serial data, oil level wire, and fuel level output wire. I also don't have a wire to hook up to the generator ON pin.
I've searched and the only thing I seen was that the generator ON pin is only required for 99 up alternators.
