Holley dominator efi

Hi there just wondering if anyone know if the holley dominator efi has had the standard coil pack issues sorted out and if anyone has any feedback on the product I'm looking into swapping it into my new race car here on the west coast of Australia and no one here uses it so I want to give it a shot due to all its features cheers

Yes, Holley came up with a fix so u can use stock coils with boost now !

ok thanks a heap for the reply is it worth using holleys coils at all? i want to use the dominator efi setup because it will do everything that i need and all in the one unit. and iv read a lot of good things about it now the issues are fixed

You can use stock coils

I would save those holley coils though.

Im about to order mine as well.

Just be sure that u get one with a ID tag of 4000 or more, the ones prior had the coil issues according to Holley.

Cheers man I was hoping maybe a sponsor might have some input and maybe some prices I'm still on the hunt at the moment iv tried some of my suppliers and car sponsors over Here with no luck they just keep pushing there own products but I really Wana use the dominator Efi

The only problem with the Holley coils is mounting them. There are not a whole lot of good mounting options for them. The LS coils seem to be working now with the latest version but something to keep in mind a friend of mine with truck coils ran on an older version that was known to not work with the F-body coils and he had no problems. I'm running truck coils on mine but no boost...yet. I'll stick to the truck coils myself just because it seems they weren't affected by whatever problem there was before.
