pulsing problems

i did a swap and done a dbw to dbc and done a mail order tune . car cranks and idles good . if i rev it as it goes to 2000 rpm and starting pulsing . if i mash the gas the harder the pulse. anybody got any ideas?

It is probably a limiter of some sort for the REV limit. It probably needs to be retuned/checked.
