Default Hitting the next gear problem

Hitting the next gear problem
Whenever I punch it going about 30mph and when it hits the rev limiter for the next gear it pops and on my dash the low trac light comes on.. Went and got it dyno tuned thought maybe they could get rid of it but its still there, is that normal and if not what could it be?

I have 2000 camaro SS auto about 102xxx miles just has headers and exhaust and cool air intake

It should not hit the limiter if the shift points are set right

Yeah it could be several things. Look at the color of the trans fluid and tell us what color it is, and if there is any smell to it.

Then we can go farther
