It is relatively quick process to relearn the CKP to CMP.
You dont have any reason to suspect either a CKP,CMP or a PCM problem do you?
One other extremely remote posibility is the timing chain is stretched too, I know but had to put it up there / or any thing mechanical inside the engine that could cause the cam crank timing in relation to each other to have changed.
I'd have to lean toward the PCM in your case, & I wonder if you'd have to start with a stock tune to get it to fly?
It was running fine & then this, is the S/C on the passenger side?
Possible the CKP harness was disturbed on the belt change?

S/C is on the drivers side, its a pretty easy process to change the belt, its mainly focued on the blower bracket area in front of the alternator......its nothing difficult, is there any way I can erase what the computer knows by reflashing it to a different year, I had to get it flashed to a 2000 before, so I could flash it back to an 2001, but I'm not sure if that would do the trick, like I said, the Tech 2 isn't cutting it

Have you tried to flash it back to stock & then relearn crank variance?
Do you have a spare PCM?

Verify with a scan tool that your crank sensor and cam pos sensors are functioning properly.

Yea, I would, but I really don't want to be driving the car anymore with this problem, it makes it a real pain in the ***, and I'm sure its not the best thing for the car
