Ok so what are the best things I can ask for the mail in order tune ?
I have a 2001 C5 auto only mods is zip tie mod with K&N filter and slp Lm1 exhaust? Snce its an auto i know he can change shift points take out tq management ect so my question is what shift points and other things do u recommend? All inout appreciated, also if he tunes for headers but i have stock manifolds how does this affect it?

I tuned a friend's C5 for headers when he still had manifolds, I touched up the tune after I installed the headers and there really wasn't anything on the table to be gained in the tune. It didn't like any more timing, but it felt (seat of the pants) a lot stronger than it was before. Just tell your tuner to shut off rear O2 sensors, AIR, and any other emissions you want tuned out and you should be good to go!
Just tell them what you have, and your modifications, Most tuners already know what to change based on that info.
If you are set on telling them something;
Firm up shifts,
raise shift points,
Adjust fan settings to be a bit cooler,
Turn on the fan after shut off function to run the fans for 30 seconds if hotter than 190,
fix fuel at wot,
adjust timing for mods,
set up to run headers without throwing codes,
And he should do the rest.
