Default Ls1 gauges sweeping

I have a 99 camaro 383 stroker when i turn the key on the gauges sweep they recently started this. I have heard low voltage from the battery can cause this just wondering if the battery could be the cause.

Yep. My friend's car did this. Alternator was bad, thus killed the brand new battery.
