Ask your tuner if you or he can email me the dyno graph, data logs, and the tune. No need to post it publicly, no need to bash anyone. If you want some real help I'm offering it. Email me the info and I'll give you some feedback and some kind of direction to go.

For the record I'm a tuner in the 405 and it's not me.

Ed I will see what I can do and thanks
I will not post names that's why I've kept all specifics in private
2xLS1 I'm not sure if I know you or not. By the looks of your signature you have a couple cool cars

Well I've asked a couple times and got no response.
Ed I can tell that I will be starting fresh elsewhere.
Thanks so very much for your offer.

Not to bad but I've kept from getting on it too hard for fear of hurting anything.

If you want a cheap way of testing cylinders, pick up a cheap temperature gun from like harbor freight or some small tool place like that. I got mine for like 35 bucks. Start the car and let the headers warm up, then check the temps of all the primaries. If one is cooler than the rest, investigate from there.

I would also start over with a different tuner. Sounds like he screwed something up. Hopefully its not actual damage..

What I meant...Does it drive like something is wrong? What did the tuner say? There may be something simply wrong with his dyno and not your car.

He said my cam has to be off a tooth. But if that's the case it never would have made 389rwhp then drop to 340 after the parts he rec'd
Not in my mind anyway. It seems fine just low power in the seat of the pants feel.
Like its "detuned"

You can try a set of plugs. Been there with a fouled set and it run "fine" but not make any power.

Bet we can guess who it is if he's in the 405.

As stated earlier in the thread...You really need to start by taking it to someone that can data log the car...or buy a tuning suite, and do it yourself. Too many variables, as others have stated here. Could be something as simple as false knock pulling timing...or could be something more serious. Keep us updated

I've already stated I won't say who it is. That would not be fair to him personally.

well I checked all the header temps friday night since I could not get to the track to make some passes with the computer hooked up to data log.
all 8 cylinders were in the 385-415 range after a short drive around the nieghborhood.

Ed I am not giving up on getting the info to you. I hope that I can get a few pulls on the dyno within the next week but being at someone elses mercy sux
