Fuel trim not logging

Fuel trim not logging Yesterday when we hooked the bird up to HP tuners we coudnt get a graph for my fuel trim. It seems that the O2's are stuck at 445. Any suggestions? Also we rewired my rear O2's to the front and the front would physically be in the rear we swapped the pins and everything. Would that have something to do with it?
