p0128 code and car missing

p0128 code and car missing 2001 camaro - car has been running fine. this morning car starts missing and engine light starts flashing. plugged in the code reader and got a p0128 code. i have a new connection end and new sensor. also got a bank 2 sensor 1 insuff switching code. the o2 sensor is almost new as well, and the tuner was suppose to delete that. anyway, this afternoon i get in the car to drive home and its doing the same thing. plug in the reader and get the temp code again and its missing. but once the car got to about 200 degrees, everything stopped. so in short im not sure what to do.
