Hard to tune a cam with 110 lsa?

Hard to tune a cam with 110 lsa? I'm thinking about going with the GM ASA cam(226/236 .525/.525 110 LSA). From reading the reviews on here, this seems like exactly what I'm looking for. However, I read a couple comments saying it was a difficult cam to get tuned for the street. The posts were years old though so I was wondering if that was still the case? Thanks for any help.
