Camaro LS1 Import Diagnostics Help
Hi all,
First post but an avid reader on these forums.
Ive recently purchased a 1999 Camaro Z28 for an engine conversion I'm going to be doing. However, there is a light on the dash and whilst I can use the car over summer I thought it was best to get it running spot on before I took the lump out.
Now the car was originally bought in the UK. It is all in Km rather than MPH.
The engine light is on but it seems to run fine other than there being a bit of a stutter on idle. So I went to scan it with an Actron tool but it won't connect - the tool works on other cars - Voyager etc..
I am guessing that the OBD2 port is wired differently with it being an import? Can anyone help? Perhaps someone has a pin out of what it should be and I can change it over?
Thanks! And Hi!
Regards,
Dan
