MAP Rating
MAP Rating Could someone please give me a definite answer? I'ver searched for a while on this with no luck....
I have an 03' LQ4 and am running the factory MAP and intake with my Holley HP EFI setup. What is the pressure rating (bar) of a GM factory map off of an 03' LQ4? I thought it was 3.0 bar?
The HP EFI kit can use a 1-5 or 1-4 (forget the possible range) MAP sensor, except I believe the MAP must have a range in whole units, I.E. 3.0 or 2.0 bar, not 2.5. If the truck MAP mentioned above is not exactly 3 or 2 bar, what would be a 3.0 or 2.0 bar direct replacement in the factory manifold?
I have been seeing some odd MAP readings on the screen lately so putting my suspicions to rest.
