P0101 and no CEL?

P0101 and no CEL? I have a modded CTS-V, and it has an LS3 MAF in it. I was scanning it to clear a code for an AC harness I left unplugged, and I have the P0101 code according to my MODIS. The check engine light does not light up.
Any ideas why?
